France Farrell death sentence injustice.
France Farrell lost his live for refusing to give a drug fuelled David Horner a cigarette, Horner was sentenced to 3 years and 4 months. This defendant went on to drink around Wigan and gloat about what he had done without any Remorse. Mr Farrell was still alive aftyer horner left him in the road to die his sentence should be looked at on the grounds of being to lenient for the crime committed. The signatories are requesting that the Attorney General looks at the facts surrounding this case and increases the sentence . With good behaviour this person could walk free in 18months surely that is not a deterrent of the nature of this crime.
