Remove VAT on stationery for full-time students
Being a full-time student in HE and FE is difficult to finance, and the removal of EMA has made this even harder. I purpose a reduction or removal of VAT for stationery and supplies for full-time students to help students on a low income afford the resources to be successful on their course.
