Spouse immigration to UK
This governments recent foray into Immigration law is flawed and ill thought out. Instead of reducing immigration the current law penalizes existing British citizens who live abroad and have a foreign spouse. Disadvantaging them from other British citizens by denying them free movement with their families into the UK. Currently a British citizen with a foreign born spouse must might certain income or asset threshold requirements to return to the UK?
This government is requested to review the current law as enacted.
