Legally have any person working with food to have a food safety certificate

Additional Information

I believe that for the safety of the public any person that works in the food industry( restaurants, bars, factories etc..) should acquire a food safety certificate. This is to protect the customers. I find crazy that a chef is not required by law to attend one of those courses, putting every customer at risk.
