Stop Vans parking in Residential Streets
The proliferation of vans on residential streets has caused distress and consternation to many residents.
I would like the government to restrict companies allowing employees parking vehicles on residential streets and to restrict the size of any vans to less than 3.5 tonnes and / or 3m in length
