Bring rents down for commercial premises in St Helens

Additional Information

St Helens council should bring the rents down on all commercial premises in the town centre. The same should be done with the market. There are too many shops lying empty and if the rents were reduced, this would bring more business into the town and therefore, create more jobs.

Also, we do not need any more bars and clubs in the town as there are far too many of them all ready.
