Jim Caunce was our Labour Leader fora long times and helped the Haydock Community.
We are asking if we could have a memorial in his honour to comemorate his work he did for all of us in Haydock.

Statues and memorials are raised by private subscription and local organisations, not the National Government. One to ask the Local Authority about also.
