Referendum on the Death Penalty/Capital Punishment

Additional Information

Rather than petition to restore the death penalty or to retain it, we call upon the British Government to give the people of the nation the right to CHOOSE.

We request an open referendum on the appetite of the british people to restore capital punishment for the most serious of crimes - to be determined from time to time by parliament.
