Force League Football Clubs to pay money owed to the HMRC

Additional Information

All Football Clubs, in particular those high earning Premiership Clubs, that owe a debt to the HMRC should be forced to pay this debt, in full, within the following tax year.
If a Club owes a debt to the HMRC, the inflated wages of their footballers should be reduced to an amount that they can reasonably suvive on until the debt is cleared.
Football Clubs should be treated as any other business with a debt to the HMRC is.
