replace the payment of benefits with vouchers

Additional Information

I propose that the payment of benefits is replaced by the issue of vouchers to be redeemed for the relevant essentials of day to day living such as food, electricity, clothing etc...

This ensures that tax payers money is used to support benefit claimants bare essentials only and that they do not have the opportunity to spend tax payers money on alcohol, cigarettes, scratch cards and expensive TVs etc...that many hardworking tax payers can't afford themselves.

Maybe this will force some people to help themselves instead of relying on others for support.
