Richard III to lie in state at York Minster prior to burial

Additional Information

Given the likelihood that Richard III will be buried in Leicester regardless of the protests of the people of York, it should be determined that a period of lying in state should be organised at York Minster so that his most loyal subjects might pay homage to him before he his committed to the ground once more.
