To close loopholes in Agency Workers Regulations

Additional Information

We petition the government to close the "Swedish derogation" loophole that allows companies not to give the same terms to agency workers as permanent staff after 12 weeks and to put a maximum time limit on how long an agency worker can be kept on without being made permanent.
