Increase the Winter Fuel Payment
Winter Fuel Payments should be increased by at least 20% to cover the recent increases in gas and electricity prices by the energy companies. This will help to alleviate fuel poverty for the elderly on fixed incomes who must sometimes chose between heating and eating...
