Re-Instated the 10p tax rate for lower to medium tax payers

Additional Information

In 1999, the then Chancellor of the Exchequer (Gordon Brown) decided to introduce the 10p tax rate, which helped those on lower to middle incomes.

In 2008 in his last budget the same chancellor of the Exchequer "Scrapped" the 10p tax rate.

I therefore ask the current Chancellor of the Exchequer (George Osborne) to Re-instate the 10p tax rate in his next budget, to help those on lower & middle incomes gain a greater incentive to work & save.
