Let the EU pay for the upkeep of Romanians and Bulgarians when they are allowed in the UK

Additional Information

As the EU say that we must accept people from Bulgaria and Romania, let the EU pay for their upkeep. The UK is a small island nation and it will sink if we accept any more people. Also, the UK cannot afford to take people in from these countries. There are not enough jobs as things stand at the moment.

The UK must NOT accept any more people from the EU.
