Will UK and International community allow mob rule win over rule of law in Bangladesh?
The acts that the government of Bangladesh is doing could be compared with crimes against humanity and severe human rights violations of ICCPR . Under article 3 of ICTR, article 5 of ICTY,article 7 of ICC (customary int law) the government of Bangladesh has committed crimes against humanity “as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against any civilian population, with knowledge of the attack”: a) Murder b) Imprisonment or other severe deprivation of physical liberty in violation of fundamental rules of international law; c)Torture d) Persecution against any identifiable group or collectivity on political religious grounds that are universally recognized as impermissible under international law, e) Enforced disappearance of persons;f) Other inhumane acts of a similar character. We wish for the British government to take UN security council resolution against Bangladesh Government pressurizing them to stop these immediately.
