caution and reprimand should be remove after 3 years and should be shown on CRB checked
This is to help people who has been affected by this government system,in life situation may arise this could be that your in the wrong place at the wrong time. As a teenager or a young adult you will make at some point get into trouble it could be major or minor. A incident that happen when you was 18 should not. Be the labelling of a individual for the rest of there life.getting a simply caution for shoplifting or ABH could ruin a person life and affect future career. A lot of young people has Been affected because of a less serious caution has stop them from studying or work in a field that the would like. The government should change their policies and regulations, a caution or reprimand should not be shown on a CRB but remained on police data base. This should be removed after 3-5 years and less serious caution and reprimand should not affect a individual for getting a job.
