Change the constitution so that members of the House of Lords can be sacked.

Additional Information

There are now so many members of the House of Lords who have proven themselves to be unworthy and should never have been elevated to that high office. It is an anathema that these people - some of them convicted criminals - can still be involved in setting the laws of this land.
