Amend TV licensing for students living in student accommodation

Additional Information

I want the government to look at reforms to TV licencing for students, especially those living in student accommodation. Either a discount or complete offsetting are just some ideas to the issue. With higher living costs for students, the digital media being used by so many and with bonus pay off's from the BBC to it's managers we believe money would be better spent on students
