Additional Information

On general election voting forms there should be a "none of the above" option.
If "none of the above" gains the greatest share of the vote, then that constituency election must be re-run one week later, with none of the original candidates eligible to run in subsequent elections for that constituency, until a candidate gains the majority vote.
