Barring of convicted offenders House of Lords and Commons
A new legal requirement to ban any convicted criminal offender from sitting or taking up a post as a Member of the House of Commons /House of Lords with NO provision for the requirement to be time expired for purposes of rehabilitation, and a requirement for any currently sitting members to resign or be barred from office within 6 months of the new law coming into effect.
