Reduce uneccessary highway clutter (e.g. traffic signs & railings etc)

Additional Information

I would like the government to reduce the amount of clutter in the highway - such as traffic signs and railings for example. They are untidy, a maintenance nightmare and can distract motorists from the essential information being conveyed by relevent signing etc.
