Stop Tax Aviodance
Those individuals and companies that use avoidance and tax planning strategies should be brought to account as their behaviour is imposing a substantial cost on UK society, and on those taxpayers who seek to comply with the spirit and letter of UK tax law.
We want a closure of tax loop holes which enable companies like Barclays to pay less than 1% corporation tax and more progressive taxation (such as a Robin Hood Tax on global financial transactions) would remove the need to make cuts in vital public services like health, education and law and order.
This would, at the same time, provide funds for the levels of investment needed to kick-start the economy.
Also we want investigation into offshore banking websites that insult the honest UK tax payer by encouraging tax evasion. They are morally bankrupt and need closing down
