MAXIMUM RATE OF PERSONAL INCOME TAX

Additional Information

The MAXIMUM rate of Personal Tax should not Exceed the average rate of Corporation Tax paid by the companies in the FT 100 Index. Basically if it is good enough for them, it is good enough for the man in the street.
