The government should stop Royal Mail increasing postage rates in 2013
In order to help small businesses and online businesses, the Government should stop Royal Mail from increasing postal rates in 2013. As the rate for a first class stamp went up from 46p to 60p in April 2012, the rate should not be increased until 2014 at the earliest and it should be increased by half the rate of inflation.
