Implement Land Value Tax

Additional Information

Implement an Annual Land Value Tax payable by the lands owner, with no exceptions for second homes, low occupancy or non-use.

Use the tax money to raise the income tax allowance to £15,000 and eliminate taxes that have a high collection cost to the government or business including TV Licence, Road Tax, Council Tax, Airport Tax.

This would also eliminate the need for most "top-up" benefits.

Such a tax would ensure land is used in the most productive manner, while encouraging people to be productive.
