Ban unpaid internships and regulate conditions of employment of internships.
The Government should define internships in employment legislation and interns should be paid at least the National Minimum Wage for the work that they do.
Currently unpaid internships also act against equal opportunities for students and graduates, as it restricts social mobility: Only the comparatively privileged can afford to make an investment of accepting an unpaid internship
