Banks should repay their loans from the tax payer before they get any more bonuses

Additional Information

Arrange a repayment plan for the banks to repay their bail out from the tax payer.
Only give bonuses if the bank has fulfilled it`s obligations to start lending again.
Encourage "we`re all in this together" philosophy by making everyone pay
