on the spot fines for people leave dogs in hot cars and walk dogs in hot weather

Petition Details

To charge owners of dogs on the spot fines when they walk dogs in extremely hot weather and leave dogs locked in hot cars it is unacceptable from the owners and needs to change

Additional Information

I think it is unacceptable that owners are walking dogs in 32 degree heat also locking dogs in hot cars I feel that on the spot fine should be issued as dogs are dying from this when this could be easily prevented if something like this was to be put in place
