Don't stall on changes to MP's Pensions
The government has been quick enough to change terms and conditions of public sector pensions. But there is a lack of leadership (or perhaps its just self interest) in changing pension arrangements to Member of Parliament. This government has said we are all in this together but this doesn't appears to be the case. Surely if the country can't afford public sector pensions as they stood then it can't afford not to change the pensions of MP's.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
MPs' Pensions are the responsibility of the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority.
