Crochet should be recognised by the BBC
The final episode of Call the Midwife broadcast by the BBC on 10th March 2013 showed a nun knitting a blanket square. However on closer inspection the square was in fact crocheted. As a public institution the BBC should recognise and indeed celebrate all forms of yarn based creativity including the increasingly popular crochet.
