Justice for Britain's Haemophiliacs

Additional Information

The government have failed in their Contaminated blood Review published in January 2011 to compensate properly all those who have been multiply infected by NHS blood plasma during the 1970 1980's These victims have been refused a public inquiry and in direct contrast to victims in Ireland have been paid a pittance through Trust Funds which fail to acknowledge the harm, and serious damage to their health. 2000 patients have already died and the remaining 2700 are battling on to demand the recognition of the financial losses incurred which has left them incapacitated and seriously ill through no fault of their own. The government has a moral responsibility to take individuals personal losses in to account as a court of law would do. Their Human Rights have been breached repeatedly and it is high time we saw a display of compassion and justice.
