Stop all benefits for Non-UK Citizens unless they have children with or are married to a British Citizen

Additional Information

The UK benefits system should be made available only to British Citizens or those married to, or whom have children with a British Citizen.

Anyone entering the UK must be able to support themselves until they find work.
