Start exploration for oil & gas on the atlantic coast

Additional Information

As the North Sea oil fields run out, exploration for new fields on the Atlantic coast should be considered.
Until the technology for transport and electricity generation changes we are still dependant on oil & gas, so new fields need to be opened to reduce dependance on imported fuel.
