Turn lights back on on the M1 in Bedfordshire

Turn the lights back on on the M1 motorway .With the volume of traffic on the motorway in the evening in winter it is against safety to have the road unlit. The lighting enables you to see hazards (accidents ) far ahead and is a safety feature .
