This government should conduct a referendum on EU membership before or in conjunction with the EU Elections in 2014
David Cameron, speaking for the Conservative Party, has promised a Yes/No(In/Out) referendum on EU membership - dependent upon the Conservative Party forming the next goverment - during the next term, possibly 2017.
Why wait? It would/should be perfectly possible to hold a referendum on continued membership of the European Union this October or November, before the European Elections in 2014. Possibly even run in conjunction with the EU elections.
I request that, at least, this matter is debated in The House of Commons.
