Treaty for Arms Trade

Many people in Africa are dying. Why? Because rich countries like Great Britain and USA are selling them far too many guns and firearms. A treaty on this would stop excessive amounts of arms being sold, and their would be far less deaths and injuries. Also, less people would be made to leave home.
