CONTROL OF UK BENEFIT PAYMENTS TO FOREIGN NATIONALS
UK benefits, of any description, are not given to any foreign national who has not worked and paid taxes in the UK for a minimum of 5 years. In addition, benefits are not given to any foreign national who does not reside permanently in the UK
