I was born 23 June 1978 I was going to be born in wales due to medical complications I was born in Shrewsbury due to the fact that there wasnt a welsh hospital close enought to welshpool in wales that could deal with my complicated birth. my parents christened me meirion which is a great welsh name I love wales I had to go thru lots of teasing about my welsh connections by lots of English people at school teased about my great welsh name by various . I love wales and have always supported Wales in rugby I had to take the highs and lows of them winning and loosing yes my birth certificate says English but my heart is welsh I don't feel English I love wales and all ways . what im wanting is to allow welsh families who have been drawn appart by the same issues is to allow the birth to be put down as welsh because of the same problems i had to do thru . i would also like my place of birth change to wales
