a percentage of part time/job share positions for women returning to work after Mat leave
There are not enough high level companies providing part time/job share positions to allow mothers, who want to return to work after maternity leave, to balance work and motherhood. Also the flexible working application legislation is being ignored by many private companies, giving returning mothers no option but to work full time. Private companies need to be forced to offer a percentage of positions within their business which can be done Part time or Job share. Women want these positions but there are none available
