All Scottish Should get a vote on the independance refarendum

Additional Information

I think something as important as the independence of Scotland all Scottish should get a vote. If you have moved away for work ect you no longer get a vote. does this make you not Scottish if you do not live there
I propose if you were born in Scotland you should get a vote no matter were you live.

Please support this petition as this is a very important issue the biggest decision in recent Scottish history
