Make Alternative energies available

Change Green Deel and ECO initiatives criterias for the benefit of those in need easily available through re-usable free funding or and tax credits (as done in many EU countries and now proposed in USA).
It should be paid back through energy suppliers (since the government don't control prices) and savings on utility bills, where applicable.

That would in fact mean that many people will for very first time in 21st century be able to heat their homes without risking to become homeless or, and driven into loan shark's hands with very negative impact on econmoy as back fire.
Force the energy suppliers to ofset part of unjustified profit made into re-newable fund pot to finance PV & Thermal Solar installations, Heating updates and upgrades to be available to those whom struggle pay the bills!
