Imprison Disqualified Drivers caught driving

Additional Information

It is not practical to monitor the movements of all Disqualified Drivers, to prevent them from driving during their ban, so:-

All Disqualified Drivers caught driving whilst banned should be imprisoned for (at least) the remainder of their driving ban.
