Give the rest of the UK a say on Scottish independance

Additional Information

Scottish citizens will get their say on independance in the near future. Should the rest of the UK also have a say on whether we actually want Scotland to remain in the union or not?

Scottish MP's in Westminster can vote on bills that do not affect Scotland. Can we vote to prevent this from happening in the future by stopping Scotland returning MP's to Westminster?
