its time to scrap the house of lords and create a commonwealth congress for english speaking countries only. for far to long ex mps have been given a golden handshake into the lords when in reality they failed in westiminster. i see this as a positive move for britain and our friends worldwide. our trade and exports would improve with greater understanding and a shared commitment to improve on poverty and the those in need. its time to get britain as a leading member in the commonwealth this move would certainly help this.
