trying to deport my wife infringes my sons and my own human rights.(english people have rights in europe too).
Native english,scottish,welsh or northern irish should be allowed to marry and settle with whom they choose.UKBA have suggested myself and my son should leave the country to continue "our right to a family life" with my wife.why should we leave when thousands of foreigners who have gone through sham marriages can get divorced after 2 years,go back to thier home country and marry a cousin who will then join them in the uk.
