Inquest into the death of Dr David Kelly

Additional Information

As Dr Kelly's inquest had never been formally closed, no final death certificate had been issued and no cause of death had been confirmed by a coroner. I request that the government reopen the inquest into his death and stop protecting past and present members of government departments.
