Ask the Prime Minister to recommend 'Sir' Murray Walker at 90 yrs of age is recognised for his service to Motor sport in the UK
This year Murray Walker is 90 years of age. He has served his country in the Armed Forces and he has made a lifelong contribution to serving sport going beyond retirement age to enthral motorsport fans as a dedicated professional commentator. The Honours System has overlooked him for many years and its time to ask the Prime Minister to recommend Murray Walker for a Knighthood. We the undersigned motorsport community and fans respectfully ask for this to occur in the next 2014 New Year honours.
