A law to ensure the rights of the child and the other parent and grandparents rights are respected by way of all such requests from one of the parents, to remove a child from the uk to any other country are in place by a court order as well as reports by CAFCAS re, child new living conditions, the financial standing of the main carer to care for the child, maintainance, visiting, arrangements, the wishes where possible and reasonable of the child or children, and where possible enforceable by the Hague Convention.the habitual residence notice to be extended from 3 months to 1 year and follow up reports made before final decision is made to allow the child to remain in their new country.
