with road safety in mind cycle riders think its ok to ride on paverments jump red traffic lights on cycles with no brakes no lights earphones plugged in etc etc
support the idea of cycle tests enforced by law and mini mot,s on cycles to ensure its safe condition moneys charged could be used for pot hole repair or other local services and make roads a better safer place to be
